Women’s Health – Preconception, Pregnancy, Birth & Beyond

Offering compassionate, whole-person pelvic floor therapy for women through every stage of your perinatal journey, including:

Urinary Concerns
Leaking, urgency, or difficulty fully emptying the bladder

Musculoskeletal Pain
Discomfort in the back, hips, pelvis, or groin

Sexual Health Challenges
Pain or discomfort during intimacy

Pregnancy Support
Bladder leakage, pelvic or lower back pain, or preparing the body for a smoother birth experience. 

Postpartum Recovery Support
Addressing issues like incontinence, lower back pain, pelvic organ prolapse, painful intercourse, scar tissue from vaginal births or C-sections, and abdominal separation (diastasis recti)

Chronic Pelvic Health Conditions
Support for PCOS, endometriosis, and interstitial cystitis (IC)

Initial evaluation

Treatment Session

(60 minute session)

3 sessions (60 minutes/treatment session; expires after 12 months )

Insurance:

Currently Accepting Tricare Select

While I do participate with Tricare Select, I am an out-of-network provider with insurance.  This means that I choose to not contract with any other insurance providers.  This allows me to provide a much higher quality and overall more holistic care.  

Due to being out-of-network, I am unfortunately not able to see anyone who is currently on Medicare.

Important

Please be aware that if you plan to submit for out-of-network coverage through insurance, a script or referral may be required by your insurance company. Please Ask your PCP, GYN, or local care provider to send a referral of medical necessity for initiation of services. You can download my referral sheet for your provider.


*Super-bills will be provided for retroactive reimbursement to non-network insurance providers upon request.
