Services are designed to support women through every stage of the perinatal journey—from preconception and pregnancy to postpartum recovery and long-term pelvic health. Care is one-on-one, individualized, and focused on helping you function comfortably in daily life.
Pelvic Floor Conditions Treated
Urinary Concerns
Support for bladder leakage, urinary urgency or frequency, and difficulty fully emptying the bladder.
Musculoskeletal Pain
Treatment for pain or discomfort in the low back, hips, pelvis, tailbone, or groin that interferes with movement, sleep, or daily activities.
Sexual Health Challenges
Care for pain, discomfort, or tension during intimacy, including pain with penetration or difficulty relaxing the pelvic floor muscles.
Pregnancy Pelvic Floor Support
Pelvic floor occupational therapy during pregnancy can help address bladder leakage, pelvic or low back pain, and prepare the body for birth through education, movement strategies, and core coordination.
Postpartum Pelvic Floor Recovery
Comprehensive support after vaginal or C-section births, including treatment for incontinence, pelvic pressure or prolapse symptoms, low back pain, painful intercourse, scar tissue restrictions, and abdominal separation (diastasis recti).
Chronic Pelvic Health Conditions
Ongoing pelvic floor support for conditions such as endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and interstitial cystitis (IC), with a focus on symptom management and functional improvement.
Pelvic floor occupational therapy focuses on how your body functions during everyday activities—not just isolated exercises. Treatment includes education, breathing and movement strategies, manual techniques, and individualized exercises to help you feel confident and supported in your body.

I participate with Tricare Select and am considered an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans. Choosing to remain out-of-network allows me to provide longer, one-on-one appointments and deliver a higher level of personalized, holistic care without the restrictions often imposed by insurance companies.
Please be aware that if you plan to submit for out-of-network coverage through insurance, a script or referral may be required by your insurance company. Please Ask your PCP, GYN, or local care provider to send a referral of medical necessity for initiation of services. You can download my referral sheet for your provider.
*Super-bills will be provided for retroactive reimbursement to non-network insurance providers upon request.
